The firm is chaired by Mr. Prakash Parakh who has more than 30 years of rich experience of audit and assurance, taxation services and transaction advisory & consulting. Over the years he has taught clients how to do tax planning in a proper manner and has guided them across diverse sectors and complex tax and regulatory matters. He has been fore front in articulating firms philosophy and believes in team building approach.
Mr. Kedar Laddha is one of the senior most partners of the firm, having wide experience of more than 27 years experience as practicing Company secretary, serving various industries at managerial levels, and Practicing Chartered Accountancy. He is providing corporate advisory services relating to Finance, Taxation, Banking, Public Issue, Forex and Expertise in Project financing.
He handles the extended office at Ashram Road and has rich experience of more than a decade in the fields of accounting, auditing, MIS reporting etc. Prior to inception of the firm he held managerial roles in corporate field for 9 years.
He is the Audit Department head and heads the Gandhinagar branch and is widely involved in handling Audit and Direct Tax Planning. Statutory Audit, Audit planning, Preparation and Implementation of Audit Programs, etc are lead by him.
He currently handles Bhilwara branch and looks after Audit & Assurance, Taxation and Company Law matters.
He is heading the Indore Branch and looks after Direct & Indirect Taxation and Project Finance. He worked as a Functional Consultant with Infosys Ltd. in the Oracle Financials and Manufacturing E-Business Suite with Infosys Ltd. He worked as a member of Business Intelligence team at Infosys. He also worked as a XRRL Analyst in IRIS Business Services Pvt. Ltd.
As a professional, he is having wide experience of more than 9 years. He is providing corporate advisory services through his expert knowledge in NCLT matters and services relating to finance, taxation, accounts etc.
He is involved in handling the affairs of indirect taxes majorly Excise, Service Tax and VAT, Stock Audits and internal audits of corporate sector. He is leading the GST wing now and is a prominent GST Consultant.
He heads the Surat branch of the firm. His core competency lies in advisory services pertaining to audit and subsidy, Bank Concurrent Audit and Statutory Audit. He was previously associated with hedge fund division of Globe OP Financial Services (UK).

Mr. Dilip Rawal,having the 32 years of experience in dealing with the banking working. Previously working as a banker of a State Bank of India in Ahmedabad.

Mr. Himanshu Maheshwari having experience of more than 3 Years & looks the matter relating to Corporate and Allied Laws, also looks about the matters relating to SME/IPO, compliances of MCA (ROC & RD), official Liquidator, RBI, FEMA, DGFT, Stock Exchanges, SEBI, Copyright &Trademark, Merger, acquisitions & other related Authorities.
Mr. Kavish Parakh (ACCA,U.K , B.Com)
Mr. Kavish holds a wide knowledge on Corporate Finance, Investment Banking and International Taxation. Currently providing new direction to the Project Finance, SME IPO and Mutual Fund Consultancy division.
